How do I order? What are the production times?
If you would like to place an order with us please select your item along with size and colour, this is easy to do on our website. Please add any additional sizing requirements at checkout notes. We accept all payment types internationally.
Everything is handmade in the UK and so our production times can change. Please make sure to check this upon ordering. The production time stated on our website, socials etc at the time of your order will correspond correctly.
Current Production time: 7 Days
Once your order has been made - it will be sent out via tracked fast delivery (1-2 days for UK orders) - you will receive a dispatch email.

What are your shipping times?
We offer many international shipping options. Please be aware that these will not come into effect until your item has been made and dispatched according to our production times. Our shipping options are listed below:

Next Day Delivery - £6.99
Europe
International Tracked (3-6 working days) - £8.99
Rest of the world
Worldwide Tracked (5-8 working days) - £10.99
Do you offer Custom orders?
Yes - we do offer custom orders. Please email (goingoutoutinfo@gmail.com) or Instagram DM us (@goingoutout_) to organise and discuss your custom order. Orders can be customised in terms of type, size, colour & fabric - we can discuss this with you.
Do you offer returns?
Yes returns are available - however please be aware of our returns policy. Items must be unworn with all original tags and original packaging. A returns slip with all details is included in your original package, however if this is lost please contact us and we can send you another one.
After orders have been confirmed via email they cannot always be cancelled. Please contact us for information if you would like to cancel your order.
What is the garment aftercare?
All garments are handmade and need extra care and attention when it comes to washing and drying them. To maintain the aesthetic and quality of your items please make sure to wash them on a delicate setting or hand wash them. Let them air dry or again use a delicate setting when tumble drying. Do not iron or bleach.
